Camp Information

Hammond Mill Bible Camp is a Christian Youth Camp open to anyone without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, or handicap.

Campers are required to attend their own age group camp.

Visitors are required to check-in at the office upon arrival at camp.

There is a cabin leader in each cabin. Cabin leaders eat, sleep study and play with the campers. If your child is on medication or has special needs, please send detailed instructions and turn in all medications when checking in. Accident insurance is carried on all campers. This insurance covers all costs that your current policy does not pay. Campers must dress appropriately for a Christian Camp. The Bible Camp management reserves the right to send any camper home for misconduct. Many campers do not claim their belongings at the end of camp so please do not send good clothes. Whenever possible, label clothing and bedding with your child's name.

Camp fees are kept as low as possible. the fees really do not pay for all the over-head expenses. Please consider adding a donation to your registration fee. The desire and policy of the Camp Board is that every youth should be able to attend regardless of their ability to pay. Tell us if you need help as we have some scholarships available.

Parents may bring campers to camp but we ask that they not arrive before camp starts. If parents pick-up campers, please do so by 2 p.m. the closing day of their camp.

Campers may not leave during camp without prior arrangements unless accompanied by a parent or in the case of an emergency.

For the first time, HMBC tee shirts will be available for purchase by special order prior to camp. Printed on Gildan 100% Ultra Cotton, prepaid orders will be delivered at camp. Orders may be placed during camp but delivery to camp cannot be guaranteed. Proceeds from the sale of tee shirts help to underwrite the additional costs not covered by camp fees. Please indicate size on application: Youth Small (YS), YM, YL. Adult small, med., large, extra large, 2xl.
